  • The product is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions.
  • Products without their original packaging or seal intact

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps

  • Provide Details: Share your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and details for sending the product back.

4. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice and all accessories.
  • Returns should be shipped to us within 7 days of approval of the return request.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • If the return request is approved and the product is received in its original condition.
  • If the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or other operational issues.

Refund Modes:
