1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is incorrect or not as per your order.
- The product is expired or not suitable for consumption at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or promotions
- Products without their original packaging or with damaged seals.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@desidrydelights.com
- Provide Details: Share your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
- Approval: After review, we will approve or reject the return request and provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Conditions for Return
- Returns must include the product in its original packaging, along with the invoice and any included accessories or freebies.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days from the date of approval.
- The customer is responsible for packing the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refund Policy
We process refunds under the following conditions:
- If the return request is approved and the product is received in its original condition.
- If your order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons such as stock unavailability.
Refund Methods:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- It may take 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

- Replacements are subject to availability of stock and will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged product), Desi Dry Delights will bear the shipping cost.
- For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges

- Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

- If you receive a damaged package or find items missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
